I did encounter that issue during my preliminary testing but was able to resolve by creating the following reg key to disable: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Office\16.0\common\officeupdate Value Name = hideupdatenotifications Value data: 1 Since I've added the above key, I no longer see the banner that once appeared in Outlook but now I'm noticing the following: ! Does anyone know of a reg key that will allow me to disable this message completely? As stated above, we're a SCCM shop so ideally I would like the updates to install via SCCM so that we have more control over what updates we are allowing into our environment. This message is not to be confused with a similar banner that may appear in Outlook or possibly other Office related applications. Hello - I'm in the process of rolling out Microsoft Office 2019 to 200 users, leveraging SCCM, and just noticed a message in my system tray stating that there are Office Updates Available.
